Congress has the lowest approval rating of any public organization (11%) And 70% want Govt to handle health care.???!! BS!
They’re the worse to have control of our health care. They spend money that we don’t have. They give aid and comfort to our enemies, and line their own pockets with our taxes.

@apollo60 Disfunctionality of congress is due to the lack of brain function of half the population. Obstructionists such as Mitch McConnell are re-elected by anti-government zealots, lifelong republicans who don’t know or care that they are voting for a corrupt, do-nothing for the people, obstructionist. When the people do manage to overpower these parasites, they do everything they can to obstruct those who do want to make things better for the citizens. So your solution is do just do nothing and leave a disfunction to continue forever? Yeah, let’s just have the government do nothing, let’s build our own personal roads, let people pollute the air others breathe, each provide our own power (like “successful” Texas), wall off our borders because we’re better than everyone else, and go back to living in caves and solving everything with weapons and war. Great idea. Then you can stitch yourself up after your private insurance gets too pricey due to a monopoly run by greedy capitalists like Mitch McConnell and advocated by the lemmings that have joined the cult and are too brainwashed to even be capable of the simplest understanding of current affairs.

Universal healthcare yes, Medicare for all, hell no.
No public system will work with for profit private healthcare. Medicare is administered mostly with public resources but largely fulfilled by private for profit resources which is why it’s insanely expensive. Medicare for all would just be more expensive ACA (Obamacare)
Every other advanced economy in the world uses universal healthcare, on average they cost half what we pay, little to no out of pocket expenses, no deductibles, everyone is covered. They all deliver superiors results. Any Universal solution for the USA should look to any one of those nations for the template, France would be good starting point.

Biden’s Cobra B.S. is an extension of obamas aca, which is a carboncopy of romneycare- a republican created healthcare plan. So nobody is suprised that insurers are getting rich. It was written basically written by them. Stfu.
Ccreader “universal” healthcare, aka single-payer, is exactly what m4a is. Even in those other countries most hospitals and pharmaceuticals are in the private sector.
Apollo60, the govt is doing a better job than private insurers are. Medicare has higher approval ratings and they pay less than other insurers (for the same care). How? Monopsony. Thats how.
