Is there any chance of a rip with internal chaptering rather than splitting the chapter up into external files?

Anyone else having issues loading this into Bookmobile? I add 28 files but it only shows up as 1 15 minute clip. If I add each file in as a separate book, the chapters are off by one, i.e. chapter 14 will actually be chapter 13
