Classical antiquity was quickly followed by the Early Middle Ages and the Byzantine period in Western history.

These Kelly Mass books are a bit flimsy. I almost get the impression they’re Wikipedia pages rather than actual books.
The narrator has a distinct Dutch accent, despite having an English name.
