Book 2:

Life on the Trail is a breeze. With Cassie and Anya at my side, a growing arsenal of spells under my control, an established base in the grove and an RV that’s well on its way to becoming a mobile fortress, I’ve laid the groundwork for my exploration of this strange land.

Just a few miles north lies Merwent, a town of roaring taverns, coffee shops and steaming hot springs. It’s the perfect spot to park up, level up and kick back.

But there are a few problems lurking around, namely that the local food festival that’s about to come rolling into town is under the thumb of a corrupt food critic. Said critic has a big problem with the beautiful redheaded owner of the local bakery, who just so happens to be old friends with Anya.

If I can turn the tables in her favor—and take down the giant chicken monster causing trouble at the local springs—I might even get the chance to put my feet up and learn a few more campfire recipes.

Book 3:

The Trail has been a lively ride so far. I’ve survived monsters, upgraded my magic and kept my RV safe, while my RV has kept me and my girlfriends just as safe in return. I’ve got enough gold and firepower to deal with all the threats that the wilds can throw our way.

Now it’s time to trade cool weather for blue skies. We’re heading to the beaches of the bay in the south, parking up my rig at a fishing cabin nestled among the trees by the shoreline, and enjoying a well-earned drink (or several). Between the beautiful women enjoying the sunshine and the gorgeous cat-eared barmaid eager to hang out with us, life is pretty darn good.

But the beach has plenty in store for us, and I’m not just here to sunbathe. Anya has her sights set on a lost treasure that hunters have been seeking for years, and I plan to protect her from any forces intent on getting in the way. Deal with the local gangs and track down whatever entity has its teeth latched onto the Trail’s aether supplies, and I might just have enough time to relearn how to surf without looking like a total moron.
