Someone should have let me know it’s not uploading. Here I was thinking it was uploading since 8 EST.
Torrent client doesn’t seem to be uploading or downloading. Looking into it now.

Ok, it’s uploading now, but it’s going WAY to slow.
I should be able to get you at least a stable 200 KB. I’ll try some other VPN server/s, maybe that will help.

OK, another update: It doesn’t look like I can get it to 200. I’m still not getting stable speeds and only getting up to around a disgusting 1.7 Mbps. It looks like it’s being caused by my ISP.
Sorry, guess you’re just going to need to deal with a really slow upload this time; but I’ll keep it active until it’s at least 100%, even if I need to leave it on overnight.
