Douglas Murray is a hateful, almost manically racist individual. I’m certain he’ll spontaneously combust one day from hate.

I think Murray does have definite insights into the European condition. They might be difficult and awkward for a lot of us to hear. We can’t get to grips with the problems unless we honestly identify them. He is an extremely effective debater. Thanks blt, for another incisive upload.

I found this to be a fair and historically accurate book. I think it is well balanced as well and NOT hateful NOR racist.

Liked the book. We’re irrevocably screwed though. The entire tone of the book is defeatist and somber, like a man writing on the day of his execution. Not a fun book, or productive if you’re looking for strategies to fight against the current issues facing Europe. How anyone can call the man hateful, racist (lol) and other such things is beyond me. Don’t be a drone. Read the book and refute it with some integrity, without resorting to calling him evil.

baloma Racist is not a word you just throw around at anyone you dislike or disagree with. It’s not a word that’s supposed to be used to cancel speech either. That word should be used only where its merited. Otherwise you minimise its meaning and effect allowing real racists to slip by almost unnoticed. To call this author racist because he’s decided to talk about a hard subject which includes the questions or race and religion is pathetic. You should be bloody ashamed of yourself IMO. The book itself is good and a subject people need to discuss.

Thanks. Murray reminds me of the cartoon of a room with 2 tables with guys sat behind them. There is a sign on one table that says, ‘Warming, reassuring lies’ which has a queue going out the door of people waiting to see the guy. On the other table the sign says ‘Cold hard truth’ with nobody wanting to talk to the guy. Cold hard truth is always the best option, especially when Murray crafts it so perfectly.

The leaders of Europe are selling their countries, cultures, and history to Muslims because they are too afraid to speak up because of their guilt and their pasts.
Very very sad.
