Okay folks, got this one on a suggestion by someone saying it was a good series to get into.
Never heard the author before but, have heard the narrators.
I was told it was dark and, had a more grim outlook on the RPG world than a standard slice and dice kind of book.
Let me know what you think. We all got sent home from work at 2:00 pm today due to ‘issues’. Department heads, management and, the big wigs are keeping things silent as a grave so, we’ll need to wait and see what’s up. That gives me more time to listen to books, be with the wife and, up on here….keep my mind active and not thinking this is a bad situation going on.

Book for those who like single mothers and used goods, I guess. Simp protagonist collecting them and spending everything to take care of them and their kids for no particular reason. The writer even has his protag question it himself with no answer given. Plenty of questionable choices made in this one. Ending out of nowhere and no particularly interesting plot either.
Narrators also don’t know how to pronounce Japanese terms and multiple times started reading lines from the other and having to redo them. I won’t be listening to the sequel.
