complete trash. Evidence? No. 1, its in the useless quicktime format. No. 2, its read by a @!%$@#%$^$#!%$ machine voice… thats right, they passed text through a synthesizer…. ITS CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!

Indeed, this is a machine speak version, sounding like one of the real readers from the real Audiobooks..
However, it is TOTALLY off que when reading so it makes listening to it a pain in the a-hole..
So dont bother.. =)

Yeah & it’s not like the description SAID it was from a text-to-speech program, or that it was in AAC…
And it’s not like one could CONVERT the format…
And it’s not like the person who created these files & the original torrent did it YEARS BEFORE the professional versions were released…
Wait a second. I actually meant the exact opposite of all that. Quit your whining & take the time to read the descriptions.

Back in the day there were efforts to make any book available for the deaf. They still do it but there’s just too many books in the world. so allot were made like this. i imagine that’s specifically what it is. before the recent rise in quality, person read, audiobooks, all of them were abridged because of tape cassettes. Then, when cd’s came out, they could make those ridiculous cd cases with 10 or more cds in them…wait what am i talking about?

There are better versions out there, just try searching. Google the names with download torrent as well. TPB has a lot of them, Ive completed up to about book 33 or so, plus a lot of other titles, so they are there. And they are read by a handfull of great readers, like Toby Longworth, Gareth Armstrong, David Timpson and others.
