Good narrator, badly written.

A truly terrible book, where every 5 minutes the MC has to fight for his life like clockwork. I’m not even joking or exaggerating; if anything, I’m underestimating.
The narrator is good, though, just not enough to save the book.
Lastly, if that’s even a word, there are enough plot holes to sink this ship. How in the hell did he make it that far into the forest with 0 skills, at rank 0, just to get the prize and then fight 6 layers of hell on the trip back?. He’s missing the plot armor skill, and rank up every fight just at death’s door skill.

Is anyone else having issues with the audio? It sounds very crunchy and compressed. I’ve tried redownloading it and putting it into other media players, but nope, it just sounds terrible. I’ve never listened to an audiobook with this low quality, and nobody else in the comments has mentioned it, so I’m assuming it’s something on my end?

Thanks for the upload!
The book possesses almost all the usual sins of a LitRPG slop: cheat skill, plot armor, unnecessary blabber and a story stretched five times longer than it needs to be, world building that makes less sense as it is being explained, MC with zero self respect undergoing unwarranted humiliations by the “good guys”… It has a good flow in the beginning, but soon the story start losing its momentum for what feels like a need to increase word count. Instead of slowly building to a crescendo and finishing with release, the plot starts with the high point, and then just rolls down the slope.
