Canada has had socialized medicine since 1961, no death camps yet. Almost every European country has had social democratic parties in power at one point or another, often for long periods. You don’t have to like what Labour did in the UK at any given point, or any other example, but it wasn’t Gulags.

Basileus5: A little willful rewriting there. Tories rewrite history constantly. And contemporaneously, misreport it. They’re quite belligerently and wilfully blind to justice when it suits.
Blame the police for not taking the victims’ allegations seriously, not Labour councils. History’s full of Tory injustices. Thatcher protected pedos like Savile, Hayman, Cyril Smith and others for political ends, and kept Stefan Kiszko locked up for 17 years because his Defence counsel was led by David Waddington, who was later Home Secretary for Thatcher.
Corbyn is a good and decent man. Never abused anybody. Can’t say that for many Tories.
