A six-month debate at work with a religious fundamentalist led to years of research and contemplation resulting in the author’s journey towards Atheism. The three great monotheisms are picked apart, exposing their shortfalls via their own texts, world history, philosophy, and thought-provoking hypotheticals. If your brilliant logical brain is ready to be freed, you have come to the right place. This book will help you quell the doubt and fear associated with leaving the credulous herd.

I rejected religion before I rejected Santa, namely because Santa seemingly gave gifts every year.

I have read the book descriptions and reviews at Amazon & Goodreads and have yet to figure out what the author’s profession as an electrician has to do with his philosophical journey.
Granted, since the onset of self publishing book titles are increasingly opaque … but is it too much to ask that the label bears at least some relation to what’s inside the tin?

My guess is it’s an attempt to appeal to the “regular” Joe and Jane, a group usually not associated with atheism. Typically books like this are written by scientists, philosophers, or intellectuals (Dawkins, Harris, Hitchens, etc.).

You have to let God out at least once a day, He loves a runabout.
On the title, to quote old G.K. - ‘Do not be so open-minded that your brains fall out.’

I can understand why God would want out of that head. It’s kind of like recycled cardboard; weak, fragile and not much good for anything.

God is for the weak man. Who in turn raises weakling sons.
Make no mention of god to a child, then explain god to him when he’s 14. He’ll laugh in your face.

“God is for the weak man. Who in turn raises weakling sons.” Oh, boy.
Hasn’t history demonstrated - to those paying attention, at any rate - how the weakest, most evil and pathetic cling to your debased notion of the “Übermensch”? It’s written in blood.
By your analysis, Dietrich Bonhoeffer was weak for opposing Hitler; and his death camp murderers were strong - real men for you to worship. Might is right.
This is the true face.
