M4B is like the default audiobook format, but what alot of ppl dont know is you can manipulate the heck out of it. Right click the file and change the file extension from M4B to M4A.
once you have done that go to a file converter site (this is what i use) https://online-audio-converter.com/
and that will convert the M4A to an MP3. Programs like handbrake will also do this. Once its an MP3 you can import it into Spotify local library and upload it to your phone. Voila audiobook on the go!
