That is why I love antiques. You can feel the pride of craftsmanship in it. I have a clock from the late 1800s that still works and keeps good time. You just can’t get that in today’s world of Walmart. My couch is over 75 years old and has been recovered many times. People still say it is the most comfortable couch they ever sat on. You just can’t buy that today
