The incremental privatisation of the NHS will have to be on the table in any potential trade deal with America (which comprehensive trade deal will take upwards of a decade, anyway - if the Brits don’t brainlessly renege on international treaties & agreements, which they seem to have forgotten about, for some reason).
That, and the chlorinated chicken, which will put a good tranche of the suffering population into hospital in any event.

They’re terrified of Johnny Foreigner. It’s now their most coherent policy position. They’ve become a chlorinated rogue state, choking chickens for the Boss Class, who are Bossier than ever - and the dentally challenged ‘umble masses are scraping to their much betters like it’s Ye Olden Dayes, and being ‘umble & lumpen is a pending Olympic event. (Power to the toothless Proles!)
