simplest way to break down is using mp3DirectCut (freeware), select “Special” in menu, and “Pause detection,” and then simply “save split” (in “File” menu). This will produce 138 segments, which is probably higher than the number of actual entries, but will closely approximate it. So far, it’s been precise.
