While the content is good, I stopped listening part way into the first chapter because there’s background noise that sounds like a radio. Sometimes music, other times talking or advertising. It’s very distracting and annoying.

I am a fifth of the way through this book and the quality has been great. I haven’t noticed any distracting noises but I do listen to it while walking through a city. Regardless, audibility has really been a complete non-issue. This book has been hard to find on audio and I am super appreciative of this torrent!! Thank you very much!! Also, this book is even better than I thought it would be! I knew a lot of more recent trainers based their technique off Karen, but it really has been more helpful than I would have guessed for her to discuss her method in her own words.
