La ayuda que, en esta ocasión, le pide un tal Alvin Limardo a la investigadora privada Kinsey Millhone es más bien rutinaria : localizar a un joven que le ha hecho un favor y a quien adeuda un talón de U.S.$ 25.000. Demasiado tarde se enterará Kinsey Millone de que su verdadero nombre es John Dagget y de que, además de mentiroso, alcohólico y ex convicto, es también un fiambre más en la morgue del distrito. Los polis dicen que murió ahogado, pero Millhone se niega a creerlo. Metida en la basura que es la vida de ese muerto, pronto descubre que tenía muchos enemigos con buenas razones todos para acabar con él : la hija y la esposa, marcadas por la convivencia con un borracho, una mujer que creía ser su esposa legítima y, para colmo, detrás de los U.S.$ 25.000, una banda de narcotraficantes. Pero, ante todo, están las familias de las cinco personas que John Dagget atropelló un día salvajemente en pleno estado etílico.

Can someone tell me is that real voice reading the book or is some kind of robot voice because of other books in spanish that are this way :(

InsaneD, it’s not a robot voice. The audiobooks in Spanish I share are performed by people. It’s Peninsular Spanish, though. I also include text files here. Espero que te haya ayudado.
