tried it for a month. didn’t need to lose weight wanted to see if the effects on the mind are madeup or not. I am really cynical but i think there really is some effect but its too restrictive on what you can eat and you have to choose between eating a lot of unhealthy fats or paying way more healthy alternatives. i will say this getting to 2500 kal is really hard when you are avoiding carbs

Been on Keto for years. Lost over 100 pounds. I eat plenty of great food. All.The.Time. Blood work is perfect. Health is great! Blood work perfect. I do not eat unhealthy fats. I eat plenty of bacon and steaks. I do not eat processed or refined food. I do not eat sugar except for dark chocolate every now and then. Sugar and refined carbs will always be the enemy. I do not consume vegetable oils. I am 62. 5′9″ 165 pounds. Keto On!!
