This is the most complete collection of narrated soundtracks of the Lost Episodes in the world!
I’ve included in this new edition a number of edits by Whoflix. They polish and shorten episodes of Doctor Who in their fan edits. For instance, here is a Dalek’s Masterplan that is only 3 1/2 hours long, which makes it quite long, but much more listenable than the 5 1/2 hour original.
I would urge anyone to check out the great website of whoflix.wordpress.com for video edits. They have created great edits of all the classic series episodes that for the most part are simply GREAT!
Whoflix also created two BRAND new narrated soundtrack albums for this collections: State of Decay and Planet of the Daleks. I’ve talked to the editor of these, and he said he is willing to make some more of these narrated soundtracks. I’d like to see some of the early Pertwee/Baker episodes like Robots of Death, where the concept is awesome but the special effects awful!

bpv, there is a great material on this site of every variety. unfortunately, the site search engine doesn’t permit excluding terms (theoretically, you can exclude a single category with the drop down box, but it does not work.)
Try doing an advanced site search in Google for the categories you’re looking for, minus the keywords you want to exclude. Use a time limiter to get results from the last day or the last week.
I don’t have an issue with gay romances or Dr. Who, but I have my own pet peeves. I hate Zombies and I can’t exclude them from horror. And I get irked, having to weed through romance of any kind in the Fantasy section.
It’s full of romances that don’t even have supernatural elements, because people don’t realize the Fantasy Genre has a very particular definition.
But I’m being petty. I’m in here every damned day and I love it. The members are great. I just wish I’d known how simple and rewarding it is to create torrents. Been hanging around for years, and didn’t figure it out till a couple of weeks ago.

I already have this collection, but for the whoflix stuff. Honestly, though now that I’ve listened to some of them and realised that they have been edited so much and leave a lot of the story out, it’s any wonder people listen to it at all. Total and utter crap, whoflix. Butchered, incomplete stories that could have been “edited” to include the complete stories and still have better linking narration. For the people who want this, I recommend it entirely, except exclude the fan edits from whoflix, they are a waste of time.

I agree the “fan” crap that he post is just that crap. And the guy doesn’t know how to manage his audio torrents not fully uploading them and then complaining that no one is seeding. If he doesn’t fully upload them no one can seed…no matter how many time we tell him that He doesn’t listen.
Stick to professional commercial release and not the fan made bullsh t and leave the commentary at home… his reviews are the worst

Top post Amy. I once had a massive argument with a senoir librarian, who should know better, for not seperating Fantasy and Sci\Fi.
This torrent is stuck on 84.5%, and all the stuck files seem to be the ‘whofix’ ones.

But instead the negative/ungrateful bastards just love to spread their misery, so they take any opportunity they can get to spread their hate filled, vomit laden comments.

I prefer the reconstructions done by Recon_Mission. They are available on Daily Motion. some have been taken down, but if you want to see recons (like masterplan) with actor narration, matched with tons of hq stills and surviving video clips, i cant suggest it highly enough. he even makes the still photos of daleks light up when they speak, and other subtle tweeks.

Cheers for this Smythers. one problem though - Both versions of Tomb of the Cybermen are the Jon Pertwee-narrated version. The one that’s supposed to be Frazier Hines is just Pertwee again. No big deal, just thought you’d like to know since it means your world-beating collection is actually not 100% complete.
