I was enjoying this until suddenly during one of the steamy sex scenes involving a threesome braum suddenly maneuvers behind willhelm and enters him anally ! As a non gay person I was horrified and sickened by the graphic depiction and detailed description of the mechanics involved in a man being brutally sodomized. DNF

Perhaps books that arnt obviously about gay sex but contain it should have warnings indeed. Its not that im against lgbt people but id prefer not to be surprised when its included in a book I assume to not contain graphic descriptions of a man casually sodomizing another man. Again, not homophonic but I dont want to know details of the foul and unnatural act of buggery

I just need to warn you though. Nobody apart from gays want to hear about how that revolting act is carried out. So if you arnt a gay dont bother with this. Otherwise its was an enjoyable read until that completely unwarranted scene where poor wilhelm gets brutally buggered while hes in the process of rogering a slut…ugh. it gave me goosebumps and shivers. In fact I wanted to be sick and take a shower. Its as if this book violated me. its the sort of thing that would give you nightmares Otherwise.
