Big letdown after book 1. Lacks the character development and everything that made book 1 great. If book 3 disappoints like this I’m dropping the series. At this point I don’t know why the fan base is as large as it is.

My book keeps skipping going mute and pausing so I tried a different audio app and at the end of chapter 17 it just kept going in a loop
