i've been moving through quite a lot of fantasy and some sify on the side and havent found anything good in the last couple of months

the books/ series i've really enjoyed are
the first law series
the wheel of time
stormlight archives
enders game
dragons tooth
citizen of the galaxy
game of thrones
ect.

is it worth listening to gardens of the moon

i'm not a huge fan or vulgarity or gore in books game of thrones and the blade itself can sometimes be a little much.
any thoughts? or suggestions for other books?

Honestly i Loved it.
It's such a heavy read though (Think Stormlight and WOT heavy)
I read the whole series and i am currently rereading it now and picking up so much more. I must have missed a ton.

There is violence and profanity but less dark than GOT id say, but it doesn't solely focus on that aspect though.

You can only give it a try but i loved it Smiley

As a personal recommendation if you do give it a listen try the "Ralph Lister" version as it's newer and better!

Try
Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser–Books 1-7 - Fritz Leiber
Very witty, as Leiber always was, not vulgar or gory.

Gardens of The Moon is Phenomenal. About as dark"ish" as GOT.

Try:
"Kings Dark Tidings" by Kel Kade
"Lightbringer series" by Brent Weeks
"Ravens Shadow" by Anthony Ryan
"Crimson Queen" by Alex Hutson     (Self Published)
"Powder Mage" by Brian McClellan
"Ryira Revelations" by Michael J Sullivan
