My friend is looking for a book she read years ago, but cannot remember title, author, series, anything.
All she can remember is that somewhere near the end (she never got to finish the book) there is a scene where someone (female?) is crawling up a throne??
There is combat involving mages, and the character realizes that the mages cannot be making illusionary dragons unless a real dragon actually exists. (apparently thats how magic works in this world).
Thats literally all she can remember of the book, which makes searching for it kinda hard considering how many books have mages and dragons.................billions..............even searching my own collection is hard, when all I have is this one scene - somewhere - near the end to go by
