thanks to a friend who pays for a VPN I managed to get the files, how does one go about providing them? I can't host the torrent myself as my computer is not on continually. Should I upload to a file hosting site and post here, and someone else that knows better sets up a torrent and puts it up on the main page?

Thats the beauty of torrents at least here on ABB ,you dont need to leave your PC on 24/7.
Just run when you can,once a few people have downloaded it they often spread to other sites and assuming enough intrest in the book will live for many years regardless if your seeding or not.

Please dont post filesharing links here ,we are a torrent site so they will be removed/moved.

Many guides here on ABB and youtube on how to setup your torrent client.
If you get stuck just ask.
