I reseeded this and over 100 users downloaded.  I just tried the connection and was immediately went into downloading mode.  Perhaps the problem exists on your end.  Clear your cache and history and start from scratch.

I attempted to download it, my torrent stalled at 2.3%. I'll keep it going to see if it can grab it over the next week, then try and seed it for others.
