Torrent download 100% complete. But, the main M4B file is incomplete (checked with hexadecimal viewer) with chunks missing, causing audio skipping all over the file. Filename also contain forbidden sign ":"

Are they identical with the torrented file?  (e.g., check the MD5s)
If identical and bad, they are probably the source.
If not the same, then are these complete?

I have asked medic17 to respond, if they do they can fix it.

Otherwise, we can delete the torrent and if the linked files above are good someone can do a new torrent with these.

Both links are to identical file. To compare with original torrent:
different size, different md5, and chunks missing again (look at picture)

You mean the file I linked is different, but also damaged?

I don't see a block of zeros, which usually indicates a missing torrent piece though.

Once bad files get released, they pollute the whole ecosystem, keep coming back, possibly transformed, forever.

Yes, it seems to be damaged, as the file you linked skips too. For example there is about 1 second skip between 01:11:10 and 01:11:12, another one at 01:11:39-01:11:41, etc.
And yes, missing torrent parts are shown usually as groups of 00 00. Here it seems like short blocks filled with nonsense, thus player skips it. What's its cause I don't know.

edit: several skips tightly together: 01:14:01-01:14:15
