Many old torrents have http://inferno.demonoid.me:3395/announce
listed as a tracker, and that is dead. You get the message "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

Try replacing it with udp://inferno.demonoid.pw:3399/announce

As reported by
I went to Demonoid to see if it showed an peers and it did and on that site it has a new tracker that should keep alive for a while.
udp://inferno.demonoid.pw:3399/announce

Demonoid can change the trackers in torrents on their site; but we can't do that here. So downloaders (and seeders) would have to manually add the new Demonoid tracker to use it.

If the torrent does have DHT on, it will eventually connect using that alone, but might be worth trying on some old "private" torrents, like some of Martin88's, as there may be seeds who got the updated tracker from Demonoid.
