Please note that Tor is not for file-share. Use it to protect your identity online or to access restricted Audible Accounts to download your books or to access other geo-restricted sites. When you launch TOR browser it chooses a random exit node and thus, a random IP address.
For Example, this is my current TOR exit location:

To change my Exit Location we need to find a file called "torrc".
Navigate to your TOR browser folder (TOR Browser/Data/Tor)
or Search "C" drive for *torrc* (include asterisk).
Open torrc with notepad.
You will see something like this.

If we want to use a US IP, we simply add "ExitNodes {US}" (without quotes) as you can see below

Save and Close torrc. Stop TOR browser, then start it again. Now let's check my IP...

Easy, now I'm Dallis from Dallas!

For other Country Codes look here->
http://www.immigration-usa.com/country_digraphs.html♦When TOR updates, it may overwrite torrc so keep a copy named something else. Like torrc-UK, torrc-AUS, torrc-US. Then you can easily copy/paste your favorite Exit Locations in as needed.
♦I just learned how to do this today so PM me if I need to add or change anything.
