This installer has 3 versions (Home, Pro & Enterprise) and choice of activated (no key needed) or standard (key required).

Here is the installer  [Warning, *AVG gives false-positive virus warning]. Others AV apps don't...read comments at TPB.

https://thepiratebay.org/search/Windows%2010%20X64%206in1%20v1511%20ESD%20en-US%20June%202016%20%7BGen2%7D/0/99/0

...or google the file name:

Windows 10 X64 6in1 v1511 ESD en-US June 2016 {Gen2}

for other download locations.

Choose Installation Method:

Install by CD/DVD:
Burn to above image file to CD via software (imgburn is easy and free) http://download.imgburn.com/SetupImgBurn_2.5.8.0.exe
Start, Open file, Image to CD, choose 8x or less & click "Verify" box. Burn.

Install by USB:
Creates bootable USB, Faster, Recommeded.
Download and start: ISOtoUSB http://www.isotousb.com/
Start, Select Image file, destination usb, add check in the "Bootable" box. Then click "BURN" button.

Choose Installation Type:

“Clean” Install (Harder but better):

Copy all your music, pics, vids, docs, etc to external or cloud storage because all data will be erased from partition.

If you’re currently using Win8, find and copy your current drivers. Save these to a usb drive because they will work in Windows 10.  Special Note: Sometimes on this type install the WiFi and/or Ethernet connections won't work until you install the Win8 or 10 drivers so it's best to have those just in case. If you can't find those drivers, go to your device's Support Page such as Dell Support. At least download drivers for Chipset, Wifi and Ethernet.

Now place the Windows 10 USB or CD in drive. Remove all other external drives.

Most computers won't boot to USB or CD automatically so google "Windows won't boot to CD or USB, for help with that.

Then, Restart. Boot to media.
Select the windows version you want. If you don't know what "Activated" means, look that up because it's very important!!! Usually (or if you don't know what to do) you want to choose Activated.

At the install location prompt, click advanced and select the large (normally C:) partition and delete partition. Then click Add New partition and then Format to default File System (NTFS).

Then (I'm not sure but I think you click back, or close), then proceed with install to the C: (Largest Partition you just created and formatted).

Follow remaining instruction.
Done. See additional advice below.

Upgrade (Easy Install):

This is the easiest way if you want things simple and don’t want to backup data and drivers. I haven't actually tried the "Upgrade" option so it would be safest to back up your data especially if you get a "All Data Will be Lost" warning. I've done upgrades before just not with this installer so be careful and get a knowledgeable friend to help you.

Before you start this process it's a good idea to update your current drivers because they will be used by the upgrade. I use driver booster for this but you can choose any of 10 free apps at http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driversites/tp/free-driver-updater-tools.htm

You need to know the current version (Pro, Home, etc.) of windows you have and you have to pick the same one (Pro, Home, etc) from the list. If you’re upgrading from Win7, you will need either Win8 or 10 drivers. Either will work. Make sure those are available (I would download all those to a usb drive for if something goes wrong; and create a windows back up and backup disk). Now you can install 10…

Restart and boot to the install media.

Choose Windows Version:

Choices are:
Windows 10 Home
Windows 10 Home (Activated)
Windows 10 Pro
Windows 10 Pro (Activated)
Windows 10 Enterprise
Windows 10 Enterprise (Activated)

Additional advice:

Win10 is NOT an OPS you just accept defaults. READ carefully each step during the install. And you may want to YouTube a few installation guides for tips.

You don’t have to have to create a MS account! Just always look for a way out, sometimes “Advanced” or “Options” etc, there’s always a way to opt-out.

When finished, I recommend you install Spybot Anti-beacon.
I also like Panda or Avast Antivirus and CCleaner.
ALL software listed in this Help Guide is free.
