If you ONLY change the trackers and keep the same infohash then all the seeds from the original upload will still seed the new one.

You can do that with torrent-file-editor from https://sourceforge.net/projects/torrent-file-editor/

Make a copy of the .torrent file, then "open" it in the editor.

Look at the  "Hash" on the main page. I just note the last 3 numbers, then I will notice if it changes.
As long as it remains the same, it will connect you to the same seeds as the original.

You can experiment and ctrl-Z to undo, or just don't save it if it goes wrong.
You can freely edit the text in the "Trackers" and "Comment" boxes without changing the hash.
Also the "URL", "Publisher", "Created by" and "Date". Should probably update those.

Note that if you check the "Private" box, (and deactivate DHT), the hash does change. The torrent will be perfectly valid, but it will be a different torrent and not connect to any of the old seeds.

Then save the .torrent file.
Open it in uTorrent and if you have the old one loaded already, it will ask if you want to load the new trackers.

You can do that, or delete the old torrent (but not the files) and load it as new, then choose the folder where you have the audio files, do a force recheck and you should be ready to upload the new torrent

I've done this if I find a torrent for a requested book on another site, which is still seeded but has no live trackers. I add some trackers, delete the dead ones and post it on ABB. The torrent has multiple seeds already, found by DHT.
