Audiobook Bay has a Discord server.
There is a link on the torrent pages:

This is similar to an RSS feed, shows brief text details and a link to each torrent as it's posted.

There are requests and comments there, but not many responses.

  • DO NOT post links to downloads or torrent pages.
    That is against Discord's TOS and they can shut it down.

Strange.

I've joined 4 times now, Oct 4th, Oct 10th, and twice today.
Each time I close the discord app, and reopen it, the ABB server has disappeared from my server list.

Looks like it's happening to others as well, I can see the bot welcomes new members by name and says something like "Everyone welcome example" and "Wave to say hi!" but these names are not in the "Members list" on the right hand side.

Right now the server only has 11 members including 2 bots (Online 3. Offline Cool but I count 24 "Wave to say hi" autobot messages for 24 new members that have joined in the last 2 days alone. For some reason the server seems to be losing them.  Huh

If anyone knows how to get the server to stick in my list, I'd appreciate it.

EDIT: Seems to be working fine now.

Its dead down again.

30 sept 2024 .
The discord section is down or blocked and the invite link is there fore dead.

and its back 03 oct 2024

Clean slate all past content whiped.

Considering the amount of dubious content on Discord generally without any problem, it seems likely they were ratted out by the same people who DDOS the site.

So strictly follow the Discord TOS. No links to downloads or torrents.

When I try to follow the link it says its invalid or expired.  Any thoughts on what I can do?

Yeah, it's dead.
The default links expire after a week, so it looks like they didn't spec a permanent one.
