Add another credit card to your acct (doesn't need to be legit) any card generator will do for this purpose, then when you put the address in for the "new card" use one from the region you need the book from.

This will allow you to spend your credit on it... after you've got it just remove the "fake" card and make the original card stored on your acct the default & everything will be back as it was.

Audible only checks for a legit card number when making a new acct... Once you have a legit acct it will accept fake numbers again... you cant use them to "get or buy" anything but this works to change the address associated with your acct allowing you to spend credits on books from other regions.

I was hoping to finish off the Shannara series in True Decrypt Whackbag. I've been doing the series on MAM as it's one of the few main fantasy series that wasn't available in True Decrypt. I've hit the end of the line due to being region locked though.

Shannara titles still missing in True Decrypt m4b are:

Genesis of Shannara (2/3)
Legends of Shannara (both)
The Dark Legacy of Shannara (1-3)
Indomintable (From Legends II anthology)

Seems this no longer works as you need to have an audible account for the country you want to get the audiobook from. I have a UK account and although I can login to the US audible site, it doesn't recognise my subscription.

Every different Audible domain will be as if you are using a new account. In your case, even though you have an active UK subscription, you are also valid for another 30 day free trial on the US domain, with the accompanying free credit that comes with the trial.
