how does every one feel about this series and the characters? do you like this better than the walking dead?

I've got up to book 6. The first 3 books were excellent with the story line changing each book. Then it drags a little on a certain plot line, kinda like the Governor in the show. Hopefully the series will keep moving forward again now.

Character wise I haven't found any faults tbh, each characters well written and we get a fair deal of depth behind them. My only real gripe with the series is the dead themselves, which like the majority of 'Zombie' Apocalypse books barely play a role and are more background noise to the human events taking place.

There is a prequel series called Apocalypse Crusade and they do thankfully centre much more on the dead and the threat they pose. I really enjoyed those, on the fourth part of that series at the moment.

I like it better than Fear The Walking Dead for sure, haha. Still go with the main show over this due to Ric, because I can't wait to see him become a bad ass again in the coming season!

The 9 book (so far) Undead World series is soooo good! It's one of my favorite Zombie series so far. I completely loved JillyBean!!!

The plot, pace, and characters are very good. I'm sure I've reviewed this series before but ya, it's a great listen and Mr. Meridith is an amazing author!

I loved every book!!!
