Learn Better English Books

First, you know I grow up in different culture, talk local (broken) English mix with local words. Local grammar is incomplete. So I not know many rules.
"I am saying, I know there are rules about this stuff. An I want show you respect but I don't actually know what the rules are. So please not think poorly of me if I don't follow them."
Quote "44.TMS - Way With Words III - Understanding Grammar for Powerful Communication".

My understand English is good. Listen to book is easy. My write/talk English with grammar is not. This is goal for I can better write English, change my own grammar. I want recommend books for this to others. I hope it can.
