Hi im looking for a book, had started to listen to it on youtube but got removed and dont remember the name, i dont have a lot of facts about it but maybe someone will recognize it.

Its science fiction
its book 1

this it wat happend in the bereginning
It's about a soldier who was on the losing side of an interplanetary war, and he's talking to the prison warden or something, he's been told that he's served his time and that his 5 years are up and he's going to be released the next day, all of hes fellow soldiers are being released during the next year.


i have tried googeling and AI, the boots point me towards Old mans war, but thats not it.
