I dont know why his books seem to have lost favor on this site, he has 3 intertwined series that used to pop up here b4 I even knew they where out on audio, but now there are a bunch available and no one seems to have interest. Normally I would just use my audible credit and up it myself, but I only have an android phone and havent seen a way to convert on it.
Thoughts?

Hi. I used to upload his books but I kinda gave up on him for now. The guy releases books at an alarming rate, without finishing even one of his series. I had the Temple books on my TBR but took them off because I don't want to start another incomplete series. I don't have Audible credits available to use on the new books. I did request a few of them on MaM but I think only a couple got uploaded. I have too many books that I want to listen to so Shayne Silvers will stay in the backlog until he gives an ending to the story. :p

I totally agree with the multi series dump, I  try and follow the main series, but he has a lot of crossover with his other spinoff and now he is coming out with something else so I understand you 100% it's like Eric vall who has at least 4 going at once. It's the kindle payment that are causing shorter books with abrupt endings so you are hanging on the next installment which pisses us audio folk off, but I can't begrudge someone for making a living.

Well, I'm not exactly pissed off, just reluctant to start the series until it is finished, or until one of the other ongoing series that I'm listening to is finished. What truly pisses me off is what George R.R. Martin and Partick Rothfuss are doing. I completely gave up on Martin. I'm not going to read A Song of Ice and Fire at all, especially since I've already seen Game of Thrones. I would like to start Kingkiller Chronicles but if Pat doesn't get his shit together soon I might give up on that one too. Especially if a movie/tv show is released before the final book.

Thanks Dallis, will take a look, may solve my lack of PC issue.

ZBat, I am on the same page about Martin and soaf, unfortunately I am hooked on kkc, I hate the guy who optioned the media rights & hope he is forced to take a partner or default, I like Netflix but the budget to go live action even if they do 3 films is going to get ugly, worse if they try to copy got. I only watched the 1st season and know why it was popular, but I was so pissed at Martin at the time and stopped watching then he started the "co author" bullshit. Only thing worse was Lee child, come on, tom cruise as Reacher worst thing since lestat, then came the looking for Reacher books, which I still can't believe someone actually paid for the bullshit papers I sold in college, the same material edited a dozen times with different names, 10min of editing and look brand  new series.
Sorry for the rant, the Reacher thing is why I don't write magazine reviews anymore.
As for Silvers, he is trying to be the indie version of butcher meets Sanderson, he just started making real money, so I hope he learns the importance of timing. He is getting better and is very good at mixing public domain mythology with his characters, a legit shortcut but used properly now instead of his early bludgeon method. I even got suckered into his standalone vampire series accidentally. I swore of zombie and vamp stuff years ago, so I was irritated when I started, thinking it was part of his main series, so naturally I liked it and now waiting on next 3 on audio.
That's indie authors and the future of publishing, Amazon changed the game & sink or swim, will continue as the standard for a while and audiobooks will continue as the red headed stepchild...
Sorry for the 2nd rant, must be the weather or my add.
Thanks for all you do for the site Zbat, as I told dallis, I would like to see more appreciation for what you do for the site, but can't think of a way, so all I can do is say Thank You

Honestly, I just couldn't get into his books I don't know if it was the reader or his series I did try to give him a good go but it just wasn't clicking...

With the exception of this series. God damn I am hooked.
