Hi,
I've just started to listen to Andy McDermott books ( big thanx to oldscotsman ) and as far as I can see they are stand alone, my question is... are they better to listen to in order to gain any background info or just to listen as I acquire the books randomly ....

Definitely read them in order because the overall storyline continues in each and you meet new characters that will keep popping up.
