Please enhance search engine to search for only exact matches if desired ("all words" or "exact matches on quoted phrases").

I second this, I seldom find a book explicitly searching the complete name on the first page.

It already does that, use quote marks to make a phrase to search for, same as Google search.

e.g. compare
author: chris carter / "chris carter"
https://audiobookbay.lu/?s=chris+carter / https://audiobookbay.lu/?s=%22chris+carter%22

subject: world war / "world war"
https://audiobookbay.lu/?s=world+war / https://audiobookbay.lu/?s=%22world+war%22
