I hear you ... The sheer number of romance titles drive me round the bend, regardless how explicit or fetishistic they are or what sexual identity they appeal to.
Once a year or so I force myself to download and listen to a popular author on the off chance I could write one myself for a fast buck but even though I'm a quick study for most styles, they're incomprehensible to me ... I can't relate at all.

I don't think anyone here's saying they want to ban the smut. Just not show it on the front page. Also, make it easy to filter it out. There seem to be lots of options for what genres you want to see but none for what genres you want to avoid like the plague because they have AIDS.
