After a second person tried - I think it needs to be reuploaded. Seeding doesn't seem to be working

It is NOT a SEEDING issue.  If you are not connecting to the seed(s), the problem is at your end.  Something is blocking your connection.  Antis-virus, firewall, ad-blockers, etc.  Check those.  Try flushing DNS.  Clearing cookies.  Try a different torrent client.

I did all these things - even turned off firewall and antivirus ... downloaded a different torrent client. I have never had a reseeding problem before in the last 5 years of using this site ... still will not connect

Then it's likely your ISP or your country is blocking connection.

There is still nothing more the seeders or admin can do to help you.  :/
