Tested, instantly started to download for me.

You seem to have issues with your downloads more often than not even with files i know are 100% seeded.
You will need to spent some time fixing your setup.
Try another other VPN server, select other countries. if still no good maybe look at trying another vpn provider. not all are equal and the free ones are shite.

I'm not saying all your request are wrong as a few i tried are in need of a reseed,but a lot of your issues are your end.

I've been paying for IP Vanish for years and have had no issues until recently. I'll try to figure it out somehow.

Try a different torrent client, TBR06.

That usually clears up connection issues.
