To the wonderous people of ABB,

I requested a couple books back in the beginning of August and have not had anything come about it. Just wondering if I did something incorrect or if there is just a back log of requests?

Other than making a new post here saying the above your original post was done correctly(at least as of the edit you made on the 6th jan22).
All books are uploaded by people just like you if nobody bought it and or decided to post it then you need wait.If nobody buys and shares the books the downloading books via torrents ends.
You may bump your post after 2 weeks .(please read the guidelines linked below).
Often the more active/helpful people get their request filled by other active users quickly (you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours kind of thing).
