sound is tinny and has digital distortion as it progresses. a higher bit rate would be great. hard to listen to.

Nonsense. I’ve scrolled through the book, and there’s nothing wrong with the audio. It neither sounds tinny nor has digital distortions. 64 kbps is perfectly fine as a bitrate.
If you want a higher bitrate, head on over to audible and buy it yourself. Either way, kindly stop telling nonsense.

two releases out, this one is the lower quality audio. Deal with it. I own the book on audible, the app is annoying and restrictive. I also support the author on patreon, so i will keep asking for higher quality thanks.

Poor audio quality, painful distortion on vocals. Prospective listeners: Download the other upload for book 4, it’s much better and matches the quality for the first 3 books.

The audio quality is indeed distorted from over compression. Can be adjusted for listenability in Audacity via the equalizer
