For anyone who is wondering, is this story good? No, it goes absolutely nowhere. I’m not joking. Nothing really happens in this book. More than that, the main character becomes a cultivator and defeats everything. That’s it, literally nothing more. And training, and more training, and more training.

So many bad LitRPG and cultivator stories to scour through to find anything decent. I was surprised to find this one pretty good. Writing is solid, characters are simple but not bad.
Hopefully it expands into some interesting conflict, but I enjoyed the serene tone of this first entry. It’s pretty “slice-of-life”, but not quite as conflict free as most in that genre, which I appreciate.
