But Shrubley’s knack for enmeshing himself in grand schemes is without equal. He stumbles upon a plot to use rogue Dungeons to reignite the Demon Wars between monsterkind and the core races of Almora.
Few would expect the lowliest of all monsters to be the savior of both mankind and monsterkind. After all, how could one shrub stop a plot decades in the making? You could ask the serpentii the same thing—if there were any left.

Okay, just got this one today from work. Turns out if you share books with some folks and, they like it….you get to copy books from them after they buy them with credits…bonus for us all! I am seeding the 1st book in this series for those who need it.
Have not listened to it at all (work, snowstorms and real life) have taken a good chunk of time from me so, let me know if you all like it.

Yes, there is something off about the audio quality on this one sadly

Recently released.
The audio sounds a little sped up, ~1.25x speed instead of the normal 1x speed.
Bitrate is 64k.

The file has the same duration as the audible version though, so it is not sped up ;) But I agree that the pace seems faster than Travis normal narration.
