Even in 2023 we have had very progressive cannabis reform. Their only pushback is from the lobbying and money funneled to S.A.M. and Kevin Sabat. This book is a little outdated. These authors also do not hold cannabis in a favorable light either. They claim to be impartial, but they have all taken money from S.A.M.
