A regression ritual gone wrong. A mage reborn in an ancient era. A world to rebuild.
Kai of the Sorcerer’s Tower was one of the last Mages left, barely surviving in a world contaminated with dead mana and ruled by creatures of the dark.
To save his world and fulfill his master’s last wish, he puts himself through a forbidden ritual, risking his soul being ripped into pieces to make his way into the past, to a golden era with abundant mana.
But things go wrong. He overshoots and finds himself in an ancient time thousands of years earlier, within the body of a young lord named Arzan.
All is not well, though. The young lord was murdered by mysterious forces before Kai took over, beasts are rampant, and even larger threats loom on the horizon.
There’s a lot to do for Kai to regain his former strength in this time of primitive technology. Then again, he might just be able to change that and makes things even better than they ever were.

This ended up being a horrendous retelling of the legend of the arch magus series. The author was so unoriginal they used the exact same solution to fix the starvation situation….weeds

@jkintzy57 Hilarious. Considering arch magus series is a ripoff The Strongest Sage with the Weakest Crest.
Which prbly is retelling of something else I don’t know of. Who cares. It’s all about how it’s done. Tropes are reused, it’s the content matter that is important

@teny_henti_handy is correct. I really injoy this book and I personally think that this book is better than the legend of the arch magus series,The MC is not OP right off the bat and the story gives different perspectives of the people who are involved in the story which flushes out the world building. If I were to say something about it its like comparing roller skates to roller blades.

you’re confusing stupid and poor. Fun fact, people froze to death all the time back before electricity was invented. Right up through the industrial revolution.
