A guy from Brazil (or their VPN IP) is apparently able to download right now.
They are using qbitorrent 5.0.3, port 16261 BT, and the flags are U H for
U = Interested (peer) and unchoked (local)
H = Peer from DHT
Maybe some people can use that to figure out what’s going on. My VPN is using the Wiregaurd protocol, no port forwarding is requested, and the torrent client has DHT,Peer Exchange,and local discovery enabled, and it allows encryption.

OK. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to figure out why it isn’t uploading, and it makes no sense because I was able to just prior to this book with another.
I had a rapidgator link that I was going to post, but it looks like the bellends sent them a takedown notice.
It’s clear I won’t be able to figure this out on my own, so unless I get help somehow, it’s likely this might just be the end for this.

I’m currently seeding on utorrent to 2, so it appears I can seed to some/it’s not completely hopeless.
The 2 downloading are using uTP and both have the Flags
U HXEP displayed, which apparently mean:
- U = Currently uploading (interested and not choked)
- H = Peer was obtained through DHT.
- X = Peer was included in peerlists obtained through Peer Exchange (PEX) or an IPv6 peer told you its IPv4 address.
- E = Peer is using Protocol Encryption (all traffic)
- P = Peer is using uTorrent uTP
