Thanks for the upload.
I listened to it on SBT and I gotta say this season actually sucks compared to the first one. Some of the castings were pretty bad, and they do this weird thing with the audio where it goes very quiet during important sections. Not sure what the fuck they were thinking, but whatever. Hopefully they fix this shit with Season 3.

@TeppeiMan Funnily enough, I have only listen to the point of Carl encountering the Goblins at the beginning of Season 1 after entering the dungeon. I am an enjoyer of the GraphicAudio adaptations of audiobooks, but i found Soundbooth Theatre productions to be very overstimulating, so i didnt listen to the rest. I just upload these as I know people want them and they usually are not uploaded here

@WolvenBolt That’s totally fair, thanks for looking out for people.
I personally feel they could have toned down their super realistic approach, specifically volume and ‘distance’ design. A lot of people like this, and that’s cool, but the original audiobooks actually do it better on certain fronts, such as the character’s expression. For a ‘high stakes’ production, this doesn’t feel as good.

@Fireant714 These are direct rips from the original source, all I have done is some metadata and chapter data edits and compiling them into a single file.
It’s the production itself that is at fault, unfortunately, others have complained too

Why is this ~10 min longer then the single chapter 1-7 files also on ABB? Or, where are the missing 10 minutes in the other files.

Thanks Woven…like you I find these way too overstimulating but I’m willing to listen while we await Jeff’s version of book 8 haha.
I’ve actually purchased from SBT already via pre-order but, like others have mentioned, it gets damn quiet at parts so I need to use a listening app outside of SBT so I can amplify the sound level. Cheers mate.

The audio is extremely deep compared to playing it in the original soundbooth app. I play it in soundbooth on one phone and this file on my friend’s phone and there is a massive difference. it’s especially noticeable on carl’s voice.

Starting at chapter 12 the audio slows down to like 0.9, which makes the voices sound pitched down. This is very noticeable when compared to the individual chapters that were shared earlier.
I’m sure it was accidental, this is probably the cause of the extra 10 minutes @not-spam was taking about.

There are 3 options:
1. You could buy the audiobooks yourself.
2. You could rip those audiobooks and upload them here yourself.
3. Download mine for free and just put up with it.
Either way, I’m not working on this anymore.
