Speech defect.
Its like a numb tongue, witch is always at the teeth… sluring and lisping badly.. with saliva foaming at the corners of the mouth.. it dries up and become sticky and cloggy, and gets thicker making it worse..
It’s horrible to see and a torture to listen.. especially in a headphones…
This defission rarely comes alone. Frequently accompanied with psychopathy, witch prevents poor fellah from realizing how revolting this is.
